Background
Patricia is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting older children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and questions of identity. She is passionate about meeting each person where they are in their life story and believes that healing often happens in the unwritten spaces—between the lines of what’s been said and experienced. Patricia brings deep empathy and respect for the complexity of each client’s narrative and offers a supportive space to explore, reframe, and reclaim those stories.

Additionally, Patricia has received training in both EMDR and play therapy, allowing her to tailor interventions across developmental stages. Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing is always possible with the right support and tools.
