She began her professional journey in education before discovering her true calling in social work—helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, purpose, and empathy. As a mother, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of the vulnerabilities and joys of parenthood, and she values the personal growth that comes from both parenting and supporting others. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered, emphasizing empowerment, emotional safety, and practical tools for healing and growth.

Training & Approach

Jennifer earned her degree from Daemen University and has received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is trauma-informed and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles in her work. Jennifer creates a nonjudgmental, safe space for clients to explore their experiences at their own pace. Her therapeutic style is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and genuine presence, allowing clients to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey.
