Background

Zach is a licensed master social worker receiving clinical supervision from a board-approved supervisor. Zach’s experience includes working with adults and adolescents with various issues including LGBTQ+ challenges, polyamorous or open relationships, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

Zach first became interested in therapy when he saw an injustice that had a traumatic impact on someone. He was struck by how much damage can be done to a person by the ignorance of someone else.

Zach firmly believes that one of the keys to life lies in managing our relationships, starting with our relationship with ourselves. His therapy focuses on self-care and building healthy relationship boundaries and practices. Zach believes that the client is the expert on themselves and his job is to help them unlock the potential within. Zach’s therapeutic style is compassionate and empathetic and includes a healthy dose of straightforward talk and self-care.
