Background

Sarah is the co-owner of Tanglewood Behavioral Health Group. She is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, as well as a board approved supervisor. Sarah is a native Houstonian and the mother of four adult children. She believes that each individual is innately capable of healing and growth. Sarah’s therapeutic approach begins with each individual and their healing from the connection of mind, body and soul. 

Training

Sarah is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Sarah works with older children, adolescents and adults.
